Article 16 (Coupons)

① "Whochoo" may issue coupons to members using the service, allowing them to receive a discount of a certain amount or percentage when paying for paid "Services." The specific types and details may vary according to our service policies.

② "Coupons" are usable only within the "Whochoo" website and app and shall not be redeemable for cash under any circumstances.

③ Members have the right to use "Coupons" only for themselves and may not, under any circumstances, sell or transfer them to others in any form, nor use them for any improper purpose or use.

④ "Coupons" may be restricted for use with certain "Services." If the event that caused the issuance of the coupon (e.g., payment cancellation or refund) is invalidated, the corresponding "Coupon" may become unusable.

⑤ "Whochoo" may revoke the relevant "Coupon" if a member violates Article 16(3) of these Terms and Conditions, notifying the member in advance (or without delay if advance notice is impossible) and stating the reason.

⑥ "Coupons" automatically expire upon the expiration of their validity period or upon cancellation or termination of the service agreement.

⑦ "Whochoo" will separately post or notify the validity period, usage conditions, and restrictions of "Coupons" on the service screen, and these matters may vary according to "Whochoo" policy.

⑧ Coupons are generally valid for use starting the day after issuance to members. Multiple coupons cannot be used simultaneously for a single paid service. (However, coupons issued by the administrator with same-day validity are usable starting the day of issuance.)

⑨ Upon member withdrawal, any unused "coupons" shall be immediately forfeited. Even if the member rejoins after withdrawal, forfeited "coupons" cannot be recovered.

Article 17 (Points)

① "Whochoo" may issue "Points" to members using "Whochoo". These Points can be used as a payment method for paid "Services" provided by "Whochoo".

② One (1) Point holds the value equivalent to one-thousandth of a dollar within the "Whochoo" website only and shall not be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

③ If a member accumulates or uses "Points" through fraudulent means, usage restrictions and recovery may be enforced.

④ Members have only the right to use "Points" for their own payments. Under no circumstances may they be sold or transferred to others, nor used for any improper purpose or use.

⑤ "Whochoo" may notify the member in advance (or without delay if advance notice is not possible) of the reason and recover the relevant "Points" if the member violates Paragraph 4 of this Article.

⑥ If the event that caused the issuance of "Points" (such as a payment cancellation or refund) is invalidated, the corresponding "Points" may be recovered.

⑦ "Whochoo" will issue "Points" with the same validity period as the "Points" already used by the "Member" when the "Member" requests a payment cancellation after using "Points". However, if the calculated refund amount is zero or less than the amount of "Points" already used, no "Points" will be issued, or only "Points" equivalent to the remaining refund amount will be issued.

⑧ The validity period of "Points" is one year by default.

⑨ "Points" granted by "Whochoo" are used in the order of their expiration dates, and they automatically expire upon expiration or upon cancellation or termination of the service agreement.

⑩ "Whochoo" will separately post or notify matters concerning the validity period, usage conditions, and restrictions of "Points" on the service screen, and such matters may vary according to "Whochoo" policy.

⑪ Points become available for use starting the day after they are issued to the member. However, points issued in bulk by the administrator are available for use starting the same day.

Article 18 (Cancellation of Subscription, etc.)

① Users who have entered into a contract with "Whochoo" for the use of goods or services may withdraw their application within 7 days from the date they receive the written contract details. However, withdrawal is not possible for goods that cannot be divided, where use commences simultaneously with payment.

② If a user requests withdrawal within 7 days without using the service at all, the full payment amount shall be refunded. However, the user shall bear any costs incurred during the refund process.

③ If a user requests withdrawal after partially using the service, the refund amount shall be calculated by deducting the amount corresponding to the days used and a penalty fee not exceeding 10% of the total service fee from the payment amount. However, if withdrawal is requested within 7 days after partial use, the refund shall be made by deducting only the amount corresponding to the days used from the payment amount, without any penalty fee.

④ The services provided by "Whochoo" include services that cannot be canceled under the "Content Industry Promotion Act" and the "Content User Protection Guidelines." In such cases, "Whochoo" may partially restrict the user's right to cancel the subscription if it has included the fact that the service cannot be canceled in the relevant service usage guide, in accordance with the law.

Article 19 (Relationship Between Linked Websites and Non-Linked Websites)

① When "Whochoo" and a subordinate "website" are connected via a hyperlink (e.g., the target of a hyperlink may include text, images, and videos), the former is referred to as the linking website and the latter as the linked website.

② If the linking website explicitly states on its site that it bears no warranty liability for transactions conducted between users and based on goods or services provided independently by the linked website, it shall bear no warranty liability for such transactions.

Article 20 (Ownership of Copyright and Restrictions on Use)

① Copyright and other intellectual property rights in works created by "Whochoo" belong to "Whochoo." However, this excludes works provided under partnership agreements.

② "Users" shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use for commercial purposes, or allow third parties to use, any information obtained through the use of "Whochoo" without the prior consent of "Whochoo".

Article 21 (Protection of Customer Service Workers)

① The Company operates a system to protect customer service workers who provide "Whochoo".

② If a "User" engages in verbal abuse, assault, or other acts causing physical or mental distress beyond reasonable limits against a customer service worker of "Whochoo," the Company may take the following measures and pursue legal action against the relevant "User" in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

1. Immediate cessation of service/consultation and subsequent refusal of service and consultation to the user

2. Suspension of service for one year or more upon two or more repeated incidents

3. Permanent suspension of service for the user if the suspension occurs twice or more

③ Examples of acts causing physical or mental suffering as mentioned in Paragraph 2 above are as follows:

1. Verbal abuse (insults, threats, etc.), assault, sexual harassment, etc.

2. Acts of obstruction such as persistently filing false complaints

3. Prank calls unrelated to the use of "Whochoo's" "Service" or malicious obstruction of business, etc.

Article 22 (Usage Rights)

① "Users" may purchase "Usage Rights" to utilize "Whochoo" features more smoothly. "Usage Rights" denote membership tiers differentiated by service scope and benefits, categorized as "Free Usage Rights" and "Paid Usage Rights."

② "Free Usage Rights" have limitations on the number of vehicles that can be registered monthly on "Whochoo" and the number of special offer bid rights. To register more vehicles or obtain more bid rights, "Paid Usage Rights" must be purchased. However, "Special Offer Bid Rights" can be purchased separately regardless of whether "Paid Usage Rights" are purchased.

③ If a "Free Plan" user completes a vehicle contract and sale through "Whochoo," they must pay the company a "Sales Commission" of 0.5% of the sale proceeds. The "Sales Commission" is settled by the company deducting this amount when the "Buyer" deposits the contract deposit through "Whochoo," then paying the remaining amount to the "User."

④ "Paid Subscriptions" vary by tier in terms of the number of vehicles that can be registered monthly and the quantity of "Special Offer Bid Tickets" provided. Each tier and price is applied differentially according to "Whochoo" policy and may be changed as necessary.

⑤ "Paid Memberships" can be purchased at a discounted price based on the contract period of the selected tier.

⑥ The usage method, deduction criteria, and other operational policies for "Special Offer Bid Tickets" by users of both "Free Passes" and "Paid Passes" follow the terms of Article 25, Special Offer Terms and Conditions.

⑦ Even if you have purchased a "paid subscription," the Company may suspend your service access or terminate your membership regardless of the remaining subscription period if you violate these Terms or your obligations under Article 7. Any unused period resulting from such action will not be refunded.

Article 23 (Advertising Products)

① "Users" may purchase "Advertising Products" provided by the Company to enhance vehicle exposure. "Advertising Products" refer to paid features that promote a User's registered vehicle by displaying it higher in search results or lists, or by highlighting it. "Users" may apply these products to their registered vehicles after prepaying for the "Advertising Products."

② The types, delivery methods, and prices of "Advertising Products" may change according to the Company's operational policies. If changes occur, the Company will notify "Users" via announcements within "Whochoo".

Article 24 (Direct Offer)

① "Users" may sell vehicles through Direct Offer, one of the features provided by "Whochoo." When inquiries are received from "Buyers," they may conduct transaction-related conversations and complete sales through this feature.

② The Company does not directly intervene in the conversation or transaction process between the "Buyer" and the "User".

③ All disputes arising between the "Buyer" and the "User" must be resolved through mutual agreement between the parties, and the Company shall not bear any responsibility for such disputes.

④ If a "User" induces or conducts a transaction directly with a "Buyer" through means other than "Whochoo" (e.g., messenger, email, phone), the Company may, after confirming the facts, provide the "User" with an opportunity to explain. If the transaction is determined to be an external transaction, the Company may restrict or suspend the User's service access. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising therefrom.

Article 25 (Special Offer)

① The "User" may sell a registered vehicle through the Special Offer feature provided by "Whochoo." If a "Buyer" requests an inquiry, the User may conduct transaction-related conversations and sell the vehicle through this feature.

② The Company does not directly intervene in the conversation or transaction process between the "Buyer" and the "User."

③ All disputes arising between the "Buyer" and the "User" must be resolved through mutual agreement between the parties, and the Company shall not be held liable for such disputes.

④ Special Offers operate as a reverse auction format where "Buyers" present desired vehicle type, quantity, price range, and other conditions, and "Users" bid according to those conditions.

⑤ "Users" may bid after reviewing the Special Offer conditions registered by the "Buyer." To bid, the vehicle must be pre-registered on "Whochoo." The "Buyer" may freely reject any bid vehicle.

⑥ To bid on a Special Offer, a "User" requires a "Special Offer Bid Ticket" (hereafter "Bid Ticket"), with one "Bid Ticket" consumed per bid. Without a "Bid Ticket," bidding on a Special Offer is not possible.

⑦ If a "User" is not the winning bidder or the "Buyer" rejects the bid, re-bidding is possible; however, used "Bid Rights" cannot be recovered for any reason. This also applies if the "Buyer" cancels the Special Offer itself.

⑧ A vehicle currently being bid on in a Special Offer can also be bid on simultaneously in another "Buyer's" Special Offer. Inquiries and sales via the Direct Offer feature are also possible.

⑨ If a "User" induces or conducts a transaction directly with a "Buyer" through means other than "Whochoo" (e.g., messenger, email, phone), the Company may, upon confirming this fact, grant the "User" an opportunity to explain. If the transaction is determined to be external, the Company may restrict or suspend the User's service access. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising therefrom.

Article 26 (Inquiry Management)

① The "User" may exchange inquiries with the "Buyer" regarding the vehicle through conversation using the inquiry management feature provided by "Whochoo."

② "Whochoo" provides translations of messages sent by "Buyers" into the language set by "Users" for their convenience. However, it assumes no responsibility for any errors in such translations, and "Users" can always view the original text in all messages. For messages deemed important, "Users" should refer to the original text sent by the "Buyer" as a reference for the transaction.

③ All disputes arising between the "Buyer" and the "User" must be resolved through mutual agreement between the parties, and the Company shall not bear any responsibility for such disputes.

Article 27 (Payment of Vehicle Price)

① The "Buyer" must pay the agreed-upon amount with the "User" to purchase the desired vehicle.

② Upon mutual agreement on the final contract terms, the contract and invoice will be automatically issued. The "Buyer" must pay the vehicle price in two installments—a deposit and a balance—within the specified deadlines.

③ When paying the deposit via "Whochoo," the "Buyer" pays the deposit to "Whochoo," and "Whochoo" disburses the deposit to the "Buyer." Upon receiving the deposit, the "Buyer" must immediately proceed with tasks such as deregistering the vehicle for export and upload the relevant documents.

④ Only after the "User" receives the deposit and uploads the required export documents can the "Buyer" verify these documents and pay the balance within the specified timeframe.

⑤ If the contract cannot be fulfilled due to reasons attributable to the "User," such as the "User" failing to upload the required documents within the specified period after receiving the deposit, contract cancellation is not permitted, and the "User" must pay damages equivalent to twice the amount of the deposit.

Article 28 (Contract Management)

① Users can proceed with vehicle contracts and check the sales progress status through contract management, one of the features provided by Whochoo.

② The company does not intervene in the provision of necessary documents between the "Buyer" and the "User."

③ The company assumes no responsibility for contract-related disputes between the "Buyer" and the "User"; such disputes must be resolved through mutual agreement between the parties.

④ When contract terms are mutually agreed upon, "Whochoo" automatically issues the contract and invoice, and contract details processed through Contract Management can be reviewed.

⑤ If the "User" does not agree with the contents of the default contract and invoice provided or requires changes, they must agree on special terms with the "Buyer." The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the "User" failing to make content changes or establish special terms.

⑥ The contract management function involving "Whochoo" signifies arrival at the port designated by the "Buyer." After port arrival, responsibility for all subsequent matters, such as transportation to a specific location, lies with the "Buyer," and such matters must be agreed upon in advance with the "User."

Article 29 (Dispute Resolution and Mediation)

① "Whochoo" shall make every effort to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by Users and to compensate for any damages incurred.

② "Whochoo" shall prioritize handling complaints and opinions submitted by Users. However, if prompt handling is difficult, the reason and processing schedule shall be immediately notified to the User.

③ Disputes between "Whochoo" and the "User" may be subject to mediation by the Electronic Transactions Dispute Mediation Committee established pursuant to Article 32 of the Republic of Korea's "Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions" and Article 16 of its Enforcement Decree.

Article 30 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

① Any litigation arising from disputes between "Whochoo" and users shall be filed in the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act. However, if a separate agreement regarding the court with jurisdiction exists at the time of service use, such agreement shall prevail.

② Korean law shall apply to any litigation filed between "Whochoo" and the user.

Article 31 (Disclosure and Amendment of Terms)

① "Whochoo" shall post the contents of these Terms, its trade name, business location, representative's name, and contact information (phone, fax, email address, etc.) on the Whochoo initial screen so that users can access it.

② "Whochoo" may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws such as the "Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.", the "Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions", the "Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions", the "Electronic Signature Act", the "Personal Information Protection Act", the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.", the "Door-to-Door Sales Act", the "Basic Consumer Act", and other relevant laws.

③ When "Whochoo" revises the Terms, it shall notify users by posting the revised Terms alongside the current Terms on the Whochoo homepage, specifying the effective date and reason for revision, starting from 7 days prior to the effective date until the day before the effective date.

④ When "Whochoo" revises the Terms, the revised Terms shall apply only to contracts concluded after the effective date. For contracts concluded prior to that date, the original Terms shall remain applicable. However, if a user who has already entered into a contract sends a request to "Whochoo" within the notice period specified in Paragraph 3, expressing their desire to be subject to the revised terms, and receives "Whochoo's" consent, the revised terms shall apply to that user.

⑤ Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions and the interpretation thereof shall be governed by the "Consumer Protection Guidelines in Electronic Commerce" promulgated by the government, relevant laws and regulations, or relevant customs.

Supplementary Provisions

a. These Terms shall apply from February 1, 2026.
